I decided to visit Crimson due to their videos on KelownaNow. I wasn't disappointed. I have curly hair, and Paris made sure I understood how different cutting methods would affect my cut and style. I am very pleased with the results, and will return for some coloring magic soon.

I had the most fantastic full body massage here at Waxthetics! It was just the right amount of pressure -- not too hard, not too soft, which is what I've been looking for in Kelowna for a long time! Shusma is also great at waxing, threading, and much more. That she runs her own business too is quite amazing! I would definitely go back for a full body massage here, and Shusma is just the loveliest of persons out there! I'm very happy we have Waxthetics in the heart of Rutland now!

Wow! I came across Tara at Crimson and what a find! Totally ‘got’ me from a previous 20 minute consultation. I had various experiences since moving to Kelowna 5 years ago. A few awful. Mostly just OK. Tara gave me a full set of foils, toner, and cut. I wanted and got ice ice baby. Feel like a million bucks. I floated out the salon. Thank you Tara! You are incredibly talented and your salon vibe so relaxed. Shout out to Alesha - wonderful front of house. So knowledgable and super fun! This salon fully deserves the awards and recognition it has achieved. 100%

Shay is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Shay for over a year now and she always does fantastic work on my lashes. She takes great care making my lashes look perfect! Coryn has curated the perfect environment to get your lashes done, she has a chill vibe, ability to let me rest or hold a conversation, with great attention to detail. I love her lash sets, they are fairly priced for what she offers, and I know I am taken care of.

I highly recommend Okanagan Zen lash! Coryn goes above and beyond! The ambiance of her space is so relaxing, she is calm and easy to chat with, I am so comfortable around her, that I have fallen asleep a couple of times. With a certification in occular hygiene, every step of the process is about maintaining your optimal eye health. This means proper sanitization, cleaning lashes before and after, using products that are top quality and always checking in to see how your eyes are feeling. There's no red eyes at the end when you're done here only gorgeous sets of lashes with 3-4 week retention

This is my second time Paris cut my hair and I am very happy I found her. I just moved to Kelowna a year and a half ago. I will be going to her from now on. Thank you Paris

Best lash experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is clean,relaxing, and professional and Coryn does a very thorough job, making sure they turn out just right. This was my first appointment with her and I had such a great experience! Super informative, showed me how to use make up for my brows, shaped, literally everything. I thought my eyebrows were aiiight at least but after leaving Jorgia I realized my game was weak and now I am so happy with them! Can't wait to for future appointments to really bring them to their fullest. Highly recommend! Also the music & vibes there are fabulous.
