The massage was good overall, and it was the same experience as last time, but I forgot to send detailed feedback then. Since it’s the last part of the massage, I think it could be improved so the session ends more relaxing. For the head and shoulder part while lying down, it felt a bit more like poking rather than soothing. I think it would feel better with smoother, gentler movements and a more steady, relaxing pressure. A slower and more calming finish would really help end the massage on a better note. Thank you, and I really appreciate the hard work of all the staff.

I've worked as a massage therapist 20 years in 5 different countries. I had hundreds of massages. Tui gave me the best massage I ever had in my life. She is not only freaking strong, but also extremely sensitive. She triggered every muscle fiber, dig deep and fearless where the pain was. Truly amazing experience. 100% recommended

At first, I checked with a strong massage, but no matter how long I waited, the masseur didn't do it strongly, so after almost 30 to 40 minutes, I requested a strong massage. I don't know why it wasn't properly conveyed to the massage therapist from the beginning. That part is a bit disappointing. The herb spa was good, but the shelf for the clothes I took off was too small, so I almost fell off.

The boss cut my hair very carefully. However, I had also booked a scalp massage, but when I went to the site, there was no staff in charge, so that part was canceled. Also, I had to wait about 30 minutes longer than the reserved time, which is disappointing.

Lovely spa with very sweet staff. Nice also so support a spa with an ethnic minority focus. The spa is hard to find down the winding charming alleyways but worth finding!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! the care and precision she took with my brows and lashes was amazing! I was nervous getting my Brows done for the first time in vietnam but she exceeded my expectations, we also had such s fun time yapping about life and her cats. If you are in Hanoi you need to go here. I promise you will not regret 🤍

Mình rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại đây. Nhân viên làm nhẹ nhàng, tận tâm, sau khi gội đầu và massage thì cảm giác cực kỳ dễ chịu, giảm stress rõ rệt. Không gian spa cũng rất sạch và thơm. Highly recommend!
