SBL was incredibly accommodating and provided outstanding service! They truly exceeded my expectations. I got the exact hair color I asked for. The stylist was not only skilled but also very kind. The staff as a whole were welcoming and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. What stood out was how smoothly the entire process went, thanks to a translator who guided me every step of the way. On top of getting my hair color done, they treated me to a relaxing head, neck, and hand massage, along with a soothing facial. They even offered me refreshments, making the experience truly enjoyable

Had an absolutely amazing experience! I tried several services hair coloring, mani gel, 80mins hair wash, brows, lash lift and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I had a thorough consultation where everything was clearly explained, including the process, expectations, and aftercare. Each treatment was done with such care and attention to detail, and the results were truly outstanding. One of the things I like about here is that all services come with a warranty, which really shows their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

I will absolutely repeat this salon again. I told her my worries about my hair, then she told me why that issue is causing and how I can solve that issue. And she suggested me a best solution making solution. I was very satisfied my hair style after cutting. I was able to meet a very reliable hairdresser and the salon. PS. "Orange Punch(a kind of drink)" is very very delicious.

Had a great experience getting my hair cut while visiting the Thao Dien area of Saigo. The appointment set up could not have been easier and my experience with the salon stylist Konomi was excellent. She took time to understand what i was going for and was meticulous in executing it. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely treatment here - hair wash with scalp treatment. The salon is super cute and modern and the treatment was very professional and relaxing. I also appreciated the delicious guava welcome drink. The haircare specialist was so kind, professional and knowledgeable and spoke great English. Highly recommended to treat yourself with :)
