This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

This place is the best! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for three years and we’ve become friends in addition to her doing my nails and toes exactly as I want them. she knows me and gives me what I want every time, in both the color and the shape. Additionally I’ve gotten to know and love the other girls in the shop. Michelle is now my therapist and Whinnie cheers happy cheers every time I arrive. It’s always a wonderful and happy experience! Jen truly listens & clarifies & suggests how we can achieve what if like. I always get a fantastic haircut and multi-dimensional dye. I have super fine/thin hair from chemo & life events, but left me very nervous of my hair. I never worry with Jen, amazing talent to cut a beautiful style while providing crown coverage - I always love it! My go-to for ANYTHING hair related. I do with my fine/thin hair and my daughter with her long, thick, blonde hair to her butt… I’ve never left unhappy!
