This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

The attention to making my nails naturally shaped and not thick and wonky with the tap hybrid gel. The design was encouraged and communication was clear. Michele was wonderful will return!
