Had an amazing experience. The best wax I’ve ever had, it was practically painless and Jamie was so amazing checking to make sure I was comfortable and just making sure that everything was how I wanted it to be. I would definitely recommend her and the waxing service and will definitely be returning!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Heather! She is beyond talented, so accommodating, and truly goes above and beyond every single time. She never makes me feel rushed and always works around my crazy schedule—even staying late just to make sure I’m taken care of. The salon itself is so welcoming and has the best energy. This was my third BioRePeel with Jamie and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She does such a great job, makes you feel comfortable, and my skin looks better every time. Highly recommend!

Gabby was very kind and professional. She listened to me and helped come up with a great style that works well for my heavy wavy hair. She took her time and showed great attention to detail-shaping, layering and texturizing until it was perfect. I will definitely be back, thank you!

This was my first time visting Sereno Spa. I went in for a Brazilian sugaring service, Jamie immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She checked in throughout my sugaring and made it as quick and manageable as possible. The spa itself was spotless, calming, and beautiful. it really felt like a true self-care experience rather than just an appointment. I also appreciated the attention to hygiene and detail, which made a big difference. I left feeling refreshed and already booked my next visit. 10/10 recommend.
