I had my haircut with Kerry, Kerry is brilliant, so experienced, I have no words! She asked me what hair cut I would like, how much I would like cut off, and what sort of fringe would suit me! I LOVE my hair, I always do after I visit this hair salon! I'm not going anywhere else, I have found the best in carlisle. In addition to my wonderful haircut by Kerry, I had a lovely chat with her. She is a wonderful sweet person and will brighten your day!

Right from walking in the door I was welcomed, and questions asked about what I'd like today. Even though I was one of the last two customers of the day, I was given fantastic care and service. Thank you for checking in during all the steps to make sure I was happy and it was what I still wanted. It felt like a lovely treat to have my hair done today, while drinking a coffee & enjoying a chat. Fantastic service, great haircut & friendly staff member. I am just sorry I didn't ask her name. Hi worthy of note I managed to get booked in with the head barber (Gillian the trendy one with the DMs trained by John Freida) straight away she discussed how my hair was performing and the current trends in New York, Paris and Carlisle for wearing your hair. This consultation was excellent and very reassuring Again she delivered a top haircut with precise detail and expertly addressing rouge eyebrows However the best part was the introduction of sea salt spray this was a game changer leaving my hair feel thicker and more textured increasing my confidence throughout the day
