Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Rukky is a very professional stylist and one who takes great care to listen to her clients' requests and desires for their hair makeovers. Rukky will not hesitate to give professional view and or much needed advice if clients wishes may need to be re considered - by taking this approach, she ensures that her clients end up with the best hair care treatment and finished look. I particularly welcome her strict policy code on client attendance / punctuality. This ensures no undue waiting times and allows Rukky to fully dedicate her expertise to you without interruptions. This was my first time getting my hair done here and I can honestly say it was the best salon experience I have ever had! I had my hair done by Annabel and Rukky the owner also helped when she wasn’t busy. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. I usually travel pretty far to get my hair done because there are few people I trust with my hair, but couldn’t due to being heavily pregnant but I will definitely be coming back from now on as I’ve never left a hair appointment so happy with the outcome than today! Thank you so much!!

I visited Ardour hair and beauty on the 28th February. I wanted to go from natural hair to a curly perm as I have arthritis in my hands and will have increasing difficulty taking care of my hair. I had a wash and blow dry with Rukky and she so lovely and welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed the scalp massage when she was washing my hair and you can tell she's experienced and really knows what she's doing. I love my blow dry and the added curls, I will definitely be going back!

Selasie is an absolute gem. Her knowledge, patience and thoroughness in hair treatment is next to none. My hair is always better after every visit. Thank you for being a breathe of fresh air especially in the Black hair community.

I had a really good experience. Kimia really looked after me and she knows how to deal with my hair. Apart from having to wait outside for a while for the door to be opened at the entrance, my experience was nice. She was very attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly. It’s the second time she’s done my HD treatment and my hair is flourishing. Great combination of amazing products, care and great staff who know how to handle natural hair. I’ve been coming for back to back treatments every few months and I’ve noticed a massive improvement to my hair texture, strength and length.

My experience was amazing! Selasie listens to your concerns regarding your hair and takes this into account when treating, washing and conditioning your hair. I had a standard blow dry service but have had a silk press with her twice before and both such great experiences and my hair reverted. She also provides advice on next steps and how you should be looking after your hair weekly. Whilst there you also get a choice of tea and biscuits on arrival and she is a great conversationalist too. Really happy!
