Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

As always I left feeling pampered. When I first went to Jacky disappointed with my previous hairdressers loc install, she reassured me it could be made better and explained that with over time she could get me the results I wanted. That was almost two years ago and I have not been disappointed. From my first visit, I noticed the professional care and attention she gave me and I knew I was in safe hands. My locs are now uniform, long, healthy and I can shake them with pride.

I had a consultation this afternoon. Jacky was attentive and listened to what I had to say. I asked several questions about my locs and she was able to answer them and put me at ease, so much so, I have booked an appointment to have my hair done. The salon is bright and modern. It was my 1st time in Bedford & also 1st time visiting Jacky Guy's Hair Salon. I was attended to straight away which was great & not always the case in hair salons. Jacky was very lovely, friendly & easy to converse with. She even corrected an uneven hair cut I had from elsewhere before styling my hair & she did a wonderful job of it. I would definitely recommend Jacky Guy's & planning to book another appointment as will be visiting family in Bedford again soon. Thanks Jacky for a wonderful service.

I was attended to straight away. The staff were very attentive. They kept to good timing. Offered beverages. Clean and tidy surrounding. Recomendable salon, shame it's nearly 50 miles from where I live. Not everyone want to travel so far. But I would because of the excellent service.
