Debbie is absolutely amazing! She really takes her time to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it. The staff at the salon are all really nice and helpful. My experience is great ever single time whether i’m doing my nails, hair, or getting a hydra facial. Best salon in Dubai hands down.

After spending a good hour on browsing through the internet to search for a beauty saloon I run into Locks by Loulou and I decided to give it a try ( I just came to Dubai and it was my first time in a beauty saloon in uae). I did eyebrows, Hollywood waxing with Deepa and I loved her work and how talented and professional she is! Always a pleasurable experience at Jazz locs. I came and did a wash and blow and that wash took me to heaven and back. I forgot where I was and melted into the chair and its not an exaggeration. The blow dry was so smooth making sure the heat wasnt too much against my hair but also ensuring it dries up and steaightens well. Jazz locs will always take my money with a smile on my face.
