I completely agree with all the wonderful reviews of Kyra and Salus Strength. We are 67 and so much stronger over the last few years with just 2 intense 1/2 hour sessions a week with her. Below are her recordings of my progress on some of their amazing machines, from 18 months ago and now. Leg press - 23 kg to 64 kg now Chest press - 5 kg to 17 kg Lats pull down - 9 kg to 25 kg Bicep curls - 3 kg to 6 kg If you are hesitant to try strength training, this is the place for you. The trainers are safe, knowledgeable, caring, and always watching your form and technique.

Kyra is the best. Came in with a headache and feeling sorry for myself. I left with a smile and no headache, after a really good workout 😊
