For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. This was my 3rd micro needling with Dr Roberta, and as both times before it was perfect. The room is clean and comfortable, Dr Roberta is amazing, kind, happy and always goes through the procedure and aftercare in great detail, answering any questions you may have. I can highly recommend Dr Roberta to all, my skin has never looked so good and her technique is flawless!

I met with Dr Sam regarding my concern of TSW following cessation of topical steriod use. He checked me very well and reassured me that my skin is doing well and is healthy and the infections I had healed. He then adviced me to use OTC medicated shampoo to help my skin heal further. His bedside manner is so lovely, he’s very kind and also understanding which is something I was worried about as some doctors don’t truly listen to your needs. But Dr Sam is the opposite he listens and addresses all your concerns in a professional and caring way. Thank you so much and I hope to be back for more

Such a fantastic Dr. Talked through the whole process to ensure I fully understood what the procedure was and what to expect. Showed me the product and expiry date (something that has never happened when previously having botox with other practitioners). Advised against having a certain procedure as it wouldnt look quite right on me, fully trust Dr Sam 100%. Thank you for such a great experience 😀 The clinic itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with parking outside. Overall a fantastic experience 👌

Dr Roberta is just lovely, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure she listens to what your concerns/wants are, then tells you everything she can do to help. She didn’t try to over sell packages or products which was refreshing! Her advice was professionally based to help you get the best for you as an individual.
