I had such a wonderful experience at the spa today and I just had to share it. Ellie conducted a thorough evaluation of my lifestyle including diet, sleep, work and free time activities and goals were discussed. I'm looking forward to implementing the changes of diet etc. in order to achieve a more healthy lifestyle and I'm realistically hopeful for positive progress.

As usual very good. Natalie is so gentle and my skin is super sensitive but she always manages to limit bruising. Always need the too up as an older person but always get excellent results that seem to last for a good while.
