The salon is small, but the hair color specialist is highly skilled and delivers beautiful results. Shouq at reception is also very kind and professional. However, another staff disrupted the workflow. While one specialist was handling three clients, she was busy taking photos, causing delays and affecting the overall experience. I would give 4 stars for the specialist and the receptionist’s excellent service, but overall, I would rate the salon 2 stars due to poor organization and its impact on the client experience (UX). I hope the owner addresses this, as the potential is clearly there.

“I had a wonderful hair protein treatment with Catherine. She is so professional, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. My hair feels incredibly soft, smooth, and silky after the treatment. I recently had a full-body massage and it was incredible! The atmosphere was calming with soft music and soothing scents. I highly recommend June she’s skilled and attentive. I also brought my sister for a hair dye with Aziza and she never disappoints, the color looks amazing! Overall, it was a fantastic day for both of us, highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience.
