I was looked after by Ms. Rand in the reception, she shaped a wonderful visit here as she seems genuinely invested in customer’s satisfaction from the minute you walk & after getting the services done. I’ve gotten botox hair treatment w/ Ms. Flordle & lash lift w/ Ms. Soda who are both evidently expert in their specialties. I liked the stillness, minimal yet service-centric communication Soda maintained, that made it much more relaxing.

Good experince. Very helpful & welcomnig staff🌟. But I wish that had better hair scrubing, I went home to clean my hair again cuz there is a “littlle”remaining product on my hair. & I wish that they serve coffee before I asked. The Moroccan bath service was absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and the quality of work was outstanding. The salon is small, but the hair color specialist is highly skilled and delivers beautiful results. Shouq at reception is also very kind and professional. However, another staff disrupted the workflow. While one specialist was handling three clients, she was busy taking photos, causing delays and affecting the overall experience. I would give 4 stars for the specialist and the receptionist’s excellent service, but overall, I would rate the salon 2 stars due to poor organization and its impact on the client experience (UX). I hope the owner addresses this, as the potential is clearly there.

I would love to take a moment and appreciate Noor beauty salon. The environment the people the experience is out the world. Quality of the product ( mani and pedi ) was fabulous. I colored my hair from dark brown to silver platinum and turned out better than I can imagine. Dora who did my hair Christy who did my mani and pedi. You ladies are special. Thank you. Mary is excellent at her work, but the salon should improve hygiene practices by using a new kit for each customer. Otherwise, there is a risk of contagious infections.
