I had an excellent massage and hammam experience, especially as it was my first time trying a hammam. Riski was extremely nice, friendly, and professional, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. He clearly explained each step of the process and ensured I felt relaxed throughout the session. His attention to detail and skill made the massage very soothing and refreshing. I booked the weekend waxing offer (full legs, full arms, and underarms) with Chamo, and it was my first time visiting the salon. The team was professional and flexible, and the place was very clean and well-organized. Chamo patient, friendly, and made sure to meet my requirements and she used 2 different types of wax depending on the area, which I really appreciated because it showed care and attention to detail. The session was fast and surprisingly pain-free — especially since I have low pain tolerance. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!
