I had a wonderful experience with Riana. The moment I step into the salon and she introduced herself and greeted me with a handshake, I knew I was in good hands. It was the first time that I was offered a chair instead of the usual bed and that made a big difference. Her experience and care is seen in her attention to detail and little things that she do i.e. putting powder on my feet so that it doesn't slip in my shoe. I felt so at ease with Riana and would recommend her anytime. Big shout out to Riana💐

Total Concept is a lovely facility. As you walk in, you see the beautiful interior which reminded me of a 2000s tuscan aesthetic. The ladies are so friendly and especially professional. 10/10 would recommend you visit!

Today I experienced one of Lucinda’s massages for the first time — a Lymphatic Drainage Massage — and it was unlike anything I expected.
