Had my first visit with Bobbi today and honestly she was amazing from start to finish. Professional, welcoming, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The attention to detail, care, and overall experience were top tier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Probably one of the best waxing experiences I’ve had — smooth, relaxed, and super professional throughout. Highly recommend Bobbi to anyone looking for quality service and a great atmosphere. Frankie was brilliant and I chose this place because I had a specific style that I wanted to achieve. I needed someone who could listen to what I wanted, advise and help. She performed a great cut, was interesting and engaging. Made me feel welcome and offered advice and products for aftercare. Really great service.
