She always Sam takes the time to listen to what you want doing to your hair and the look you’re wanting to achieve. The whole appointment felt relaxed and professional. As always, Sam listened, guided and explained, and gave me the perfect haircut. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain all the extensions options which I may try in the future because I genuinely trust her expertise and skill. Absolutely lovely as always! And of course, cuddles and kisses from Ripley were the icing on the top!

Sam is an absolute master her in her craft. Super artistic and creative. I absolutely love how I feel after I've had my hair refreshed. I love how her salon is 1 on 1. I feel really safe and love how it's not a busy, bustling salon with lots going on. I love that Ripley (salon cutie) comes and says hiya as well and gets cuddles.
