Second time I’ve been and had cupping therapy performed on me by Grace. And for the second time Grace has worked wonders. If anyone reading this has muscular pain i would strongly advise you to contact Fresha, you will definitely not be disappointed. I certainly was not.

My treatment today was with Grace who certainly had her work cut out for her. However, she came through yet again, releasing knots in my neck, lower back and legs. I came out feeling like a new woman, yet again!!!! Brilliant therapist.

An absolutely amazing massage off Ella, I’ve been suffering with nerve pain in my lower back for 4 weeks now and Ella knew exactly how to treat the area and already feeling like I can move better, Ella also recognised that I had tightness under my right scapula and tightness on the left side of my traps which I thought was exceptional as I already knew there was tightness there but forgot to mention instantly Ella knew it was a problem and worked into the muscle, very friendly nature and can tell that Ella loves her job and is from the second you walk in assessing your body’s mobility 10/10

Arrived in pain, left feeling lighter and relaxed. Ella worked her magic again.

Another great massage this time sorting shoulder area. Keeps me going for my long hikes
