I had a lymphatic massage with Sian and wow—what an amazing experience. I could genuinely feel the drainage happening in different parts of my body. I suffer with IBS, and the treatment significantly eased my bloating and stomach pain. The swelling reduced noticeably, and even the puffiness in my face and cheeks went down. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and has helped me massively. I’ll definitely be returning for another session very soon.

Today was my first manual lymphatic drainage massage with Llinos. As someone who suffers with bloat and other digestive problems I was very excited to see Healing Hands offer this. I’m a long time firm / deep tissue massage person so wondered if the lighter pressure would suit me. And wow I am converted !! Llinos was wonderful and so informative. I could feel movement in my stomach and feel so much lighter after just one session. I had no idea the lymphatic system worked in that way and I definitely feel less swollen.
