Finally back for a treat after having my little girl. I had treatments as often as possible throughout my pregnancy. So it was a must I would be back post pregnancy. In love with the new space, so tranquil! & I actually enjoyed sitting & taking in the views whilst waiting for my appointment, there was something just so calming about looking over at the Castle & having time to unwind. I could possibly say I had one of THE nicest of facials! And a well needed back massage - I’ve finally found my regular place & I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you x

I have been to see Ceri twice and both times I have been absolutely blown away by not only what Ceri has managed to do with my back, neck and shoulders, and the difference she’s made in such a short amount of time, but also her knowledge and passion for what she does. Absolutely love the Garden Spa facial. This really relaxes me and makes me almost fall asleep. Love how she runs down both arms and into your scalp. Just the best. Thank you Ceri.

The autumn glow package was amazing! I never want to shower and wash the gorgeous smell from my skin lol. Love the new salon space and location, super easy to find and parking available. Can’t wait to book in for my next treatment!

I had an amazing massage and nanoneedling facial with Sophia. I've never felt so relaxed leaving an appointment ever. Lovely space lovely massage

I had a lovely experience with Kelly at Healing Hands today. Firstly a peppermint foot spa then a wonderful neck, shoulder & back massage. She found & worked on some persistent knots. Then followed a nourishing facial which felt really rejuvenating! The products used are made in North Wales, are natural & smell beautiful. Also a foot massage to relieve my tired feet. I felt so relaxed afterwards, she really did a great job! Thank you Kelly, I’ll be back again soon!

Lovely half day spa again with very good massage. Need to remember to have 2 hours by the pool. 1 hour was a bit rushed. Lovely fresh sandwiches for lunch. Highly recommend

Just wanted to congratulate Sian, Llinos and Zoe after my fabulous first visit to the new Healing Hands location. Don’t get me wrong - the old place was lovely, but this is something special. Not sure how they’ve managed it but the room manages to be spacious and cosy; relaxing and refreshing. The location is perfect and easy to find just outside the castle walls, with plenty of parking available (go past the first car park, and there’s plenty more parking further on). And the view! Couldn’t recommend the place highly enough - will definitely be back x

I had a pulled muscle in my lower back and so booked an appoint with Mia at the Bodysgallen Spa. Mia has the hands of a magician and the condition showed massive improvement after just 30min in her care. Fantastic result, I can’t praise Mia’s skill and professionalism highly enough.

I really like the new room. It's so easy to find,there's plenty of parking spaces and a really short walk up a small path to the building. The views are breathtaking! The room itself is really nice,it has all the lovely personal touches of the last room with the benefit of extra space. The massage was,as always,faultless and has done so much for my shoulder and neck pain. See you next week for my top to toe

Had a lovely massage at the new healing hands location. Very easy to find parking and not having to drive through Conwy to look for a space was a bonus. Sian has really made the new room a nice and relaxing space. I look forward to booking again :)

Had a fabulous pedicure today by Sian in her beautiful new room at her new location! The business park was easy to find & I found a parking space straight away. Lovely as always to see Sian & have one of her wonderful treatments!
