I've been going to Kelly for a while now, after a Covid break, and she is still an absolute dream. She's brilliant at what she does, one of the best. Every single time I go, I suddenly want to stare at myself in every reflection. The eyelashes are magnificent. Nothing hurts, she's calm and has a perfect manner. I even drifted off to sleep a bit, and I feel thats a sign of true comfort and ease. If you want somewhere in Bath to go, would 1000% recommend her. Also, lovely studio space. Thanks Kelly!! 🥰

Go here! Sasha is Bath's best kept secret....she's incredible and at 58 I don't look 'done' just fresher. She knows intuitively what to do and she is also the BEST fun professional too. Small wonder it's busy in the salon! Thank you x

The best beautician in Bath. My skin feels fantastic!

I had a fantastic full body massage today with Fran who is incredibly diligent and clearly puts her whole heart into her work. I really appreciate the level of care, effort, and attention she puts into every massage or treatment I’ve had with her, her dedication truly shows. I arrived feeling very knotted up and left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed and really well looked after. It made such a difference and I’ll sleep very well tonight. I would highly recommend Fran. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

What a blissful 90mins! An hours massage and a mini facial...I honestly loved every minute....I went in feeling stiff and tense and came out feeling totally relaxed and like all the stiffness and tension had disappeared. Thank you so much Fran Xx

Was super lucky to be an early Hydro-02 facial client for Fran. I'd had a hydrafacial elsewhere before and not noticed much difference, but as usual Fran is a level above anyone else, and completely changed my opinion on hydrafacials. I left with my skin looking and feeling super hydrated & clear, with the effects lasting far longer than I expected. I've also noticed a lasting improvement in my skin elasticity, which was an unexpected added bonus. Given all the equipment I wasn't expecting to feel relaxed, but again I was totally surprised! Great experience and super excited for the next one!
