Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

Ruma did a beautiful job with my mum‘s overgrown, unkempt locks. She hasn’t had a decent haircut for ages due to illness and hospitalisation. Visiting the friendly salon with its happy vibe, and having Ruma fuss over her hair really lifted her spirits and made her feel cared for. Ruma listened and responded to mum’s requests and adjusted everything exactly as asked. On top of that mum got a pensioner discount. Thank you! It was great to see mum smile. X
