It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I had a much needed float today and feel so much calmer and more relaxed for an hour of weightlessness. I also tried the anti gravity massage chair before my float and highly recommend it, will definitely be adding that to all floats from now on! Thank you Hannah and team for a wonderful couple hours of escape.

Wonderful. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a neck and shoulders relaxation and breathwork session with Hannah, followed by a 30 minutes warmth in the infrared sauna. I love this place and can't recommend highly enough.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of floating for two hours - it was an amazing experience; I felt as light as a feather leaving Mederi! I’ve never done two hours before, was just an hour, but two hours is magical. I know for the rest of the week I really reap the benefits of having floated for two hours. No doubt tonight I’ll sleep like a baby! Highly recommend floating….its rejuvenating. Thanks again, Vivian for looking after me.

Today I had the pleasure of floating in a pod 1 - it was a wonderfully emotional and uplifting time. Floating really does help with a post-operative pain, overall healing and mindfulness. I always leave the centre feeling whole and good again, can’t recommend floating enough for healing of body, mind & soul. Thank you Hannah

A really calm outpost. Lovely staff. Had a really peaceful and rejuvenating float session followed by a delicious cuppa and an amazing massage.

Welcoming atmosphere. Great facilities. The massage chair is always my favourite "quick pick me up" go-to treatment. The infra red sauna is so good for managing my many health conditions. It truly is worth every pound spent. Thank you Mederi for facilitating the investment in my health.

Friends bought me a voucher as a birthday treat and it really was! I’d never heard of Mederi before and it’s a little oasis surrounded by fields and such a lovely environment to be in. Alison was just as lovely and the massage she gave me was wonderful; thank you for starting my Sunday in the best way. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely massage but disappointed to find out after my husband using it after me that I could of had a heat and a foot massage by using the controls on the screen, would of be great to of known before mine. Would go again :)
