Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.
