Due to communication issues, I ended up arriving slightly late. Yoshoda greeted me and welcomed me warmly. It was very relaxing and I had first consultation where she went through my lifestyle. She then performed a lymphatic drainage massage. Booking her for the next set of massages!

I've had massages in the past and it feels like the therapists feel that the only way to make a difference is to inflict pain on the customer. Yashoda doesn't do that. She's also lovely, easy to talk to and genuinely cares for those who come to her, wanting to help them feel better, physically and emotionally. :)

I love going to the Harrow branch of Full Stop! Fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend getting your hair done by Phuong, he's an artist. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service provided. I wish I'd started going here years ago.

The treatments were very good however the massages in the Pedicure and Manicure were way too short. It should be much longer to have the full benefit of the treatments for what I paid for.

Peas was super professional. From my root colouring to head massage and precise hair cut with blow dry, everything was great. Exactly how I wanted my hair. It was my first visit to Yashoda, as soon as she opened the door I felt very warm energy from her & she was very welcoming. She truly listened to my concerns and did a wonderful massage therapy session for me. I haven’t had anything like this before. At the end, she gave me very valuable advise for some home care. It is very obvious she has a gift and she cares deeply about her work. The homemade oil she used for the massage was also wonderful. I left feeling the sense of peace I haven’t felt for a long time. I did a yogi facial with Yashoda today and I have to say this is the best facial I have ever done. Her guidance and knowledge is one part but she really pours herself into the treatment. I can distinctly tell the difference in my facial skin. The glow and the uplift is very evident. Great atmosphere too. I see myself going again. Can’t wait to try the body massage.
