Parminder was very attentive and professional. I had a deep tissue massage for 90 mins and it was one of the best massages ever. I already feel lighter. He explained some of the issues in my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. I would 100% recommend

Amanda was absolutely amazing and instantly helped my jaw relax with the TMJ Tension Release massage. She worked on my shoulders and back which were carrying a lot of tension as a result of my TMJ and then did a fantastic buccal/intraoral massage which really helped me. I was completely relaxed and pain free after the massages and just wish I lived closer so I could see Amanda regularly! If you are considering trying her, don't hesitate- she is the best!

Katya was amazing, she called for a chat about my history prior to massage and when I arrived was attentive and knowledgable and really listened to my needs. When she began the massage she really targeted the areas that were a concern from the beginning, not just following a routine of training like some practitioners I have been to before. I am still feeling the best I've felt for ages following my treatment and will definitely be re-booking and recommending to friends

Truly amazing massage. Katya used myofascia release to help with my sports injuries, she was incredibly skilled at targeting the issues and gently helped them to relax and repair. It was also a very relaxing massage and Katya ensures all the safety infection control measures were in place which was extremely reassuring. I hope yo be back again soon.

I have done a course of 4 clinical treatments for upper back and I could feel significant improvement since initial assessment. Stiffness and occasionally discomfort has almost entirely gone!
