I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Very warm welcome from Gemma, room is so Cosy and pretty. Really enjoyed the Dermaplane facial, ice globes were so soothing. So relaxing, I could feel myself drifting off numerous times, Debbie's treatments are second to non, she's professional & thorough in everything she does. I was bought a back massage for a present. I managed to get a booking at late booking totally my fault .Gemmy Gorgeous was very accommodating and I had a wonderful relaxing massage the next day .relived alot of back pain and stress .I felt amazing afterwards and will defantly book again next month and have an hour massage.
