I can't put into words the knots that Racheal tackled and concurred during the session, the heavy weight that was on my shoulders was gone instantly. I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

Jo was very calm and welcoming from the moment I arrived for my massage. I felt safe and relaxed in Jo’s home and hands throughout and the massage was excellent. I explained to Jo the areas where my back was painful and she was able to really work on this area to the point I could feel the pressure releasing and the massage really working. Jo is also super friendly and takes time to talk to you as a person. Overall, I would recommend a massage with Jo to anyone who needs some time out or some relaxation.
