Today I had a back neck and shoulders massage for 30 minutes. I booked last minute and it was great. Usually I have an hour long Thai oil massage and that's fantastic too. I was surprised how much better I felt after only half an hour today. I might try and go more frequently for 30 minutes rather than occasionally for an hour in future.

A very relaxing deep tissue massage. I was put at ease right away. Tara was friendly & welcoming. I will need to treat myself to a massage more often. My body definitely benefited from it. My muscles feel less tight & there will be more blood flowing around my body & muscles!

Wow! 😮 Nisa is the Queen of massage. The most vigorous extra firm deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. Knees & elbows included. If you have pain like me she knows how other areas connect in your body to the route of the pain. I didn’t realise I had knots in my arms. 🧐 I’m booked in again for 2 weeks time for a 90 minute oil massage as a follow up. Can’t wait! No pain… no gain. 😄 it’s worth it! Brilliant.

Barbora took note of my needs and delivered a perfect massage that also targeted specific areas of tension, adjusting the pressure as required, leaving me feeling free of tension, more mobile and completely revitalised. I particularly liked the holistic approach to the treatment.

Barbora was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgable and always checked in to make sure I was okay throughout with pressure etc. One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had, will definitely be booking back in with her soon.
