Great massages and service..very relaxing and thorough. I would give a 5 star rating but the atmosphere in the room could use a little upgrade. A/C was blasting cold and the tables could use actual linens instead of paper. Other than that, great.

Went for a couple deep tissue and it was magical. Lee and Zoe got all my knots out and my girl and I felt so relax afterward we literally melted into the massage tables. We decided to join their membership and got a free facial too. 10/10 would recommend

I did an aroma massage with Sandy and it was by far one of the best massage I've ever had! The facility was nice and clean. I left feeling so relaxed and the honey orange tea was sooo delicious. I definitely recommend this place and I will be returning for sure!

Pros- chocolate upon check in (how nice!), receptive to pressure changes, massage was AMAZING, love the smells of the lotions and oils, water and hot tea offered before and after, clean friendly facilities, doorman was super kind, all around great experience and would go back! Cons- classpass won’t let you specify a preferred gender for masseuer (but Henry was great, felt super comfortable), masseuse stepped up onto the table and began walking on me with no warning (again, fine with, but a warning would be nice), and reception had me change into slippers for the 20 second walk from to the roo

Easy to make a same day appointment and convenient location. Upscale setting with great, friendly service that is affordable for Manhattan. High quality massage (I've had many) and responsive to feedback but seemed more like a typical American massage without much Thai influence. Highly recommend for great service, convenience, luxury feel and reasonable prices! Next time I'm in NYC I will be back

Amazing. I’m afraid I forgot to ask for the name of my masseuse this time but I’ve been going for years and I have never had a single bad experience. The staff is lovely, the environment friendly, and everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. This is the only place I trust for my massages. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed an excellent couple massage here (we did the combo massage). The staff was accommodating and thoughtful, ensuring that we were comfortable as we got set up. The massage was even better, with both of us receiving treatments that had us feeling 100% afterwards. I'd recommend this place and will plan to return again. The staff at Alex24 are magical creatures! They soothe your soul and rip out your hair with love. Walked in looking like a Yeti who'd had a rough week. Walked out feeling sleek, well groomed and ready for a red carpet. The massage? Absolutely bliss. I may or may not have drooled! The waxing? Let's say it was equal parts pain and enlightenment. I saw the light then my lair saw the door! I live in New Hope, Pa., a town filled with spas...I prefer to travel to the city for the best waxing and massage I ever experienced! See you guys next month!

Cartoon is really a great therapist. She’s very considerate, knowledgeable, and always checks in. I came in for a 2 hour Thai Combination massage and it was fantastic. I came out stretched, with better posture . The Thai Combination massage is really great if you don’t feel up to the full Thai massage, but want to be stretched while also getting a relaxing massage. Once again, I highly recommend. 10/10 for Luxsa and 10/10 for Cartoon. Also 10/10 for the receptionist who remembered me from my last visit over a month ago. Thanks for a great massage and I’m looking forward to my next one.

The entire experience from the moment you walk in is absolutely perfect. The couples 3hr romance package is so worth it. The entire suite is huge and so beautifully decorated! The massages and foot massages were excellent and then they guide you over to the 2 person wood bathtub filled with rose pedals and lemon slices and they bring you sushi and chocolate and drinks (we don't drink so we had tea). It was heavenly, an amazing way to spend a few hours and a PERFECT date idea! We can not wait to come back!

Massage was good, it was supposed to be with aromatherapy but we barely smelled anything. The masseuse also a bit too rough at lifting the towel.
