Amazing! I have had experience with two other places and this is by far the best. Beccy was superb and just made me feel so comfortable. Sasha was brilliant as ever: professional, friendly, and efficient. I always feel super happy I found her, in the knowledge that she is a total pro at her job and takes everything from hygiene, eco-friendly products and personal comfort very seriously, yet can make you feel very much at ease, helped by the treatment room having a really nice atmosphere. I had a really lovely 90 minute massage. Sasha was great at explaining everything before we got started and asked lots of really useful questions to ensure I got the most out of the session. The room was beautiful, calming and the ambience relaxed me straight away. I was nice and warm throughout the process and felt so much less tension after. Such lovely ladies, thank you for getting me ready for a special occasion. I will not go back to waxing, sugaring is the way forward. I experienced minimal redness both occasions I have visited Essential Maintenance. The redness (if any) relieves very quickly, unlike previous waxing experiences which leave me so uncomfortable few a few days. Also had a gorgeous, relaxing pedicure. Can't wait to come back!

Highly recommend for your sugaring needs!! The room is beautiful and relaxing, and Sasha is so lovely. The sugaring was as pain free as possible (baring in mind hair is being pulled from your down-belows), and Sasha had great attention to detail. The best sugaring experience I’ve ever had!
