This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

As usual great experience, I came to Dubai and extended my stay by 1 day just to be able to visit the salon. Basel has put together a very solid team with amazing skills aside from a great human touch. I really enjoy my time here with casual chats and outstanding service. Shoutout to Mahmoud the only barber in Dubai that always overdelivers thanks to his eye for perfection. It was my first time in Dubai and I was eager to find a nice a place for a great pampering experience. And sure enough, my friend recommended My Sofy Salon for all my pampering needs. I got my eyebrows shaped by Fatima who did a great job. Then the following day, I had my manicure and pedicure done! Nargiza and Jessica both did an outstanding job! Nargiza was so precise with nail painting and Jessica knew exactly how to file and shape my toenails. They also recommended colors that I wouldn’t have thought of choosing! Thank you for my first ever pampering experience in Dubai!

This is one of the best salons ive tried In Dubai. From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all. The bar girl was cute , clean and quick. And ofc the reception girl was so professional and friendly🩷 Thanks to everyone there 🩷🩷🩷

There are countless men’s salons in Dubai, yet the experience in this one is truly exceptional. The haircut includes a relaxing hand massage as part of the service. The music selection is excellent — I only now realize what was missing in other barbershops I have visited. To top it off, there are several delightful surprises at the end: a complimentary mocktail and the use of luxurious, world-class perfumes to complete what has been the best barbershop experience I have had in my ten years in Dubai. They have certainly earned a loyal customer. Worth every dirham.
