Ruby is lovely and friendly. She was really thorough and made me feel at ease, especially when it's quite an intimate treatment. I'll happily recommend her to anyone. As a beauty therapist myself, it can be hard to get somebody to do treatments for you that you're unable to do yourself. She is an asset to the Industry.

My perfect times having treatment with Lauren it’s one time where I can forget everything and just relax she makes me feel so easy. I don’t stay awake much but I feel her using her hands and giving me a peaceful treatment.

Ruby certainly knows her stuff. This was my first visit and won't be my last. I had a Russian Manicure with Gel polish. I was a little early but Ruby got straight to work. Shes very chatty, I feel like I've known her forever. Looking forward to visiting again.
