The name says it all - healing hands!!!! This is my 3rd appointment and every time Charn finds the niggle and makes it disappear. My achilles, shoulder, hip - you name it Charn has sorted it. So professional, knowledgeable and puts you at ease straight away. It's so hard to find good sports therapists and now I have I'm going no where else.

I made an appointment with Paola as my neck and shoulder were out. She was amazing and loosened it up and I feel so much better. I’ve had a lot of massages (clinical and relaxation) and she’s one of the best. Highly recommended.

Every session with Charn is amazing. Go in with aches and pains, explain them at the start of the session and she's away!! I always look forward to seeing the progression i have in the gym after a sports massage as it 100% helps me grow and the blood flow more around the muscles. Best thing I ever did was getting my body a MOT every 6/7 weeks!!
