This is my fourth time visiting Sandra @ crystal rooms for a sports massage after physical training. Massage is something myself and my partner love to treat ourselves to and have been fortunate enough to experience a variety of different styles of massages across the uk and also in different parts of the world, and I would like to say that Sandra offers one of the best massages I have ever had. Her pressure and technique is perfect and she is very attentive to the needs of her client, asking which areas need attention etc. She is very welcoming and good natured. What a phenomenal first day of meeting the very well educated in her field Sandra. It’s the first time I came and what an incredible experience. I booked to have Lymphatic Drainage Massage as I recently came back from turkey have 360 Vaser Liposuction. Sandra was very thorough on every step and explained the reasons why also! I had been dealing with tension headaches and anxiety around my driving test, and booked myself in for an Indian Head Massage with Sandra the day before my test. The massage was fantastic at relieving my tension and made me feel the most relaxed I think I've felt in years - I practically floated out of her studio. Sandra also gave me some great advice about deep breathing to calm the mind, and the power of feeling positive and confident. I'm thrilled to say I passed my driving test today!! I look forward to coming back for more treatments in the future.
