It was my first visit to the salon today and I was greeted when I came in. Staff were so friendly. Beautifully decorated salon. Lots of choices of colour and the nail art they do is incredible. Joy gave me the perfect pedicure and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. There was a lovely atmosphere in the salon and I’m so pleased with my pedicure that I’ve booked in for my nails and a second pedicure in 4 weeks time! Thank you 🤩

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The happiest place in Penarth! And I get so so many compliments about my nails since I’ve been coming here!

I treated my mother to a spa pedicure and manicure before her holiday, she has early dementia, and despite not sharing that with the therapist, she was really patient and kind and my mum had a wonderful time, and despite not usually wanting to experience new environments and leaving her comfort zone, she is looking forward to going back! I always feel welcomed at PNL. There is always a fun friendly atmosphere for all ages. Yesterday I had a luxury feet treatment. It was beautifully relaxing. The massage was invigorating. The nail colour choices are great and the nail art incredible. The customer services are 2nd to none and have always helped with aftercare. Highly recommend and worth travelling to- the best in Penarth!

I visited the Naillounge Penarth as Pla has always been amazing and the quality of her work is top tier. Today, I had gel extensions and a pedicure by Chad. The service she provided was exceptional, as she takes great care in the work that she does. I would not visit anywhere else ❤️ xx
