Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)

Excellent service as always! Beata always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible! Having not had a session for a couple of months, I can really feel the difference after today's one-everything feels a lot lighter and a lot of the tightness and pain (from consistent running and training) has been flushed out!

Beata took time to listen to my problem and adapted her treatment to suit. It was relaxing and really beneficial. I highly recommend B-therapy to anyone who needs a professional massage.

Having had a few sessions now with B Therapy, and having had both leg and full body massages with her, I can highly recommend her expert services, which have been invaluable in helping to flush out the toxins and promote recovery from the constant training I've been doing! Successfully completed my second ultra-marathon on Saturday, and it's fair to say that part of the credit has to go to Beata for the sessions I've had with her! :)

Excellent, professional service! As an avid runner, I'm always looking at ways to enhance my recovery, and have been doing everything I can to improve my recovery times, but have been plagued with recurring aches and pains. Beata was very knowledgeable, and after being under a UV light for a period of time, she began to work on my legs, glutes and feet to get rid of some of the toxins that had built up from constant training.
