Ruby was so calm and friendly, which helped so much as I suffer with anxiety. Remained professional the whole time, the colour was outstanding, and I gave her free choice for colour and cut. I walked out looking a different person. She also provided advice for my hair after I asked for her opinion, can't wait to come back.

Had a new set of gel nails today with nail art. Carly has helped me get out of my lifelong habit of nail biting and today they were so long and strong I didn't need builder gel! I visit Steph at least once a month for waxing, pedicure and manicure what can I say other than she is brilliant. I can highly recommend her treatments. I have also had a couple of wonderful facials from her. A lovely ambience, professional and a loves a chat.

Lindsey is so friendly, knowledgable, precise and accommodating. So many options for type of manicure and colours. I have had BIAB and Acrylics and have been so happy with the outcome every time.

Such a great experience from start to finish! I brought my six-year-old in to get her hair done, and the stylist was incredibly kind, calm, and patient with her. She felt comfortable the whole time and absolutely loved her hairstyle. I also got my own hair done—my locs were washed, re-twisted, and styled beautifully. The attention to detail was amazing, and everything came out looking fresh and neat. The customer service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall vibe was just right. I was even offered a cup of tea, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
