The Japanese Hair Spa was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable moments I have ever spent in a hair salon. Samy created an environment that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. My hair and scalp now feels nourished and healthy. I would highly recommend this service and left the salon feeling like I had been on holiday. I highly recommend Sanya Spa after the outstanding experience I had today, indeed I am immediately rebooking further treatments. I tried a delux mani/pedi combination and very much felt I had visited a day spa as opposed to a beautician (the design is both elegant and classy). The owner’s ethos is to bring a touch of glamour to New Malden but at accessible prices and this is certainly achieved. There are some incredible summer introductory offers at the moment which I suggest you take advantage of, in particular a gold facial that promises to give you a youthful glow.

Lucy was lovely and I really enjoyed the Japanese Hair Spa with facial. Very relaxing and my hair feels great. I had the best nights sleep in ages last night too. Would highly recommend.

I had the Japanese head spa and honestly .. wow. It was the most relaxing and calming experience. From the moment it started, I felt all the stress just melt away. Gentle, soothing and so effective. It honestly felt like a hug to my soul ! You can really tell Samy got a gift for this not just skill, but genuine care in every movement. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I truly believe everyone needs to try this at least once in their life. But be warned-once you try it , you’ll probably want to go back every month. :) Highly, highly recommend 💆‍♀️✨

Hollie makes you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you see her. She made me feel at complete ease and in a safe space. She talked me through my treatments and how to get the best benefits. She is full of knowledge and I highly recommend her.

Samy is amazing!!! She did my last hair appointment before my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She is a balayage wizard and nails the colour every time I see her. Plus she is just a wonderful person and creates a positive and calming experience at Oh Hey Doll.

I had the Headspa with the addition of the scalp concerns package. It was reassuring to see that my hair is (slowly) coming back after bad postpartum hair loss. Carley showed me a close up image of my scalp and explained my treatment. The actual headspa itself was excellent. It was so extensive that every time I thought it was coming to an end, there would different round of treatment would start!

Really lovely. Samy is an excellent hairdresser and her salon is perfect, with a lovely new hair washing station which doesn't hurt your neck at all! Marvellous.
