I visited for a full set of classic lashes which were done just perfectly how I like them. Kelly is fantastic at lashes and I would not go anywhere else. The lashes always last really well and do not damage my natural lashes. The salon is welcoming and clean, a lovely environment for any type of hair or beauty treatment.

Excellent experience for 2 more ear piercings with Kelly today. My last 2 I had done last year I am so happy with these they look great & healed beautifully. Returned for 2 more today. Fantastic service & a lovely salon. Highly recommend Kelly for piercings

Nadia is an absolute gem! As a manicurist, she is truly talented and meticulous in her work . I was extremely surprised by her warm personality and we are both born in July 🤪. The salon was clean and welcoming, and Nadia's communication skills ensured that I got exactly the look I wanted, simple and natural. I've never had a better manicure experience! Just had my classic lashes infill with Kelly. They look fantastic as always. The salon is clean and welcoming and Kelly always does my lashes perfectly. Highly recommend Kelly for lash extensions, I would not go anywhere else.

She has such a great skill in terms of the eyelash extension, I've moved so many salon for many years and now I've finally found the nicest and profesional salon - which is Hellen Brando Beauty shop. She is very kind and explained about the eyelash style and more information. She is very good listener, try to understand what is best for each customers. I am highly recommended to visit this salon :)

What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. A tranquil escape in the heart of Epsom. I had the Utter Relaxation package as a treat for myself and it was the perfect way to switch off. Nestled away the cabin is so zen, Lisa has decorated it beautifully. Lisa is so accommodating and I felt really comfortable and at ease, I think I may have even nodded off for a moment during the facial. The massage and facial left me feeling incredibly relaxed - mission accomplished! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full pamper session.
