I had such a lovely experience with Tegan! She was so kind and patient with me from start to finish. I have really long hair and honestly felt a bit sorry for her, but she handled it like a pro and never made me feel rushed. All of the staff were so welcoming too. I was quite nervous going in as a new client, especially as I haven’t had my hair done properly in years due to past experiences. But they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is very skilled and professional,and the extra touches from the luxurious therapy table, to a duvet to lie under, made the experience unique and even better. Absolutely incredible facial, an hour of pure relaxation. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming, put me completely at ease. The setting was beautiful very spa-like with low lighting and relaxing music. Michelle has magic hands! Her massage was amazing and the products were lovely, smelt beautiful.
