It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

Absolutely obsessed with the new location, I’ve been making the drive from Scarborough to Hamilton for my lip filler needs for a few years now. I would never go anyway else because of the comfortability, knowledge, communication, and skill that Jacqueline provides.

There are no words to describe how much I trust this clinic and Jaqueline with my procedures. If I ever move I will come and travel to see her! Only one I trust in the city! Truly!

I had my microneedling session today with Katrina, and I’m honestly so happy with the experience. She was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her service was amazing, and you can really tell she cares about her clients. Everything was clean, well-organized, and done with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Katrina to anyone considering microneedling. Such a great experience!
