Masseuses and other staff were all as wonderful as in the past. However, the new policy of only having two masseuses available should be reconsidered. In the past we enjoyed being able to do a couple's massage and an individual massage at the same start and end times, so that there isn't extensive waiting around. Even if new owners/management save money by not keeping more than two masseuses on permanent staff, they should have a way of keeping masseuses on call as needed.

I had a great experience and Makayla is a wonderful technician! I was fine with "good enough" and she wouldn't hear of it. We sat in front of the mirror with a pair of tweezers and attacked each hair one by one until my eyebrows were the best they've ever been. Will definitely return again and again.

It was my first time there and truly was a great experience. Started on time. Flowed nicely everyone knew what they were doing. I appreciated their pleasantness and advice to guide me in maintaining my hair. The wash ... Oh my goodness 😍. The atmosphere was also welcoming. If I had to say something they could have done better, I really can't think of anything right now. Thank you, you guys.

What a wonderful bonus to have a free short massage as part of our stay at Sweetfield Manor. Ashley was a great masseuse and the oil used smelled wonderful. The setting of the koi carp pond was just gorgeous. The prices of the spa treatments were a little high - more than I would pay for similar in the UK. If they were even $10 cheaper I would probably have been tempted to book another!
