I’ve been to The Key 2 Skin a couple of times now and the experience is always amazing. The vibe and aesthetic is just so calming as soon as I walk in, the outside seems a world away. Hayley is so amazing, knowledgeable and kind. I really applaud her skills and talent, it’s always 10/10 with her. I look forward to every appointment, definitely worth the 2hr round trip out of inner west Sydney.

Its hard writing a review, because each experience is personal. For me, Mel was perfect because, as I needed to free up a tight spot in my shoulders. Mel had great attention to detail when it came to focusing on that spot and also knew exactly how to free up movement by working on other connected areas slowly. Mel suits my preference, as she can be as firm as you need, but also understands the softer spots and where not to dig in the elbows. Thank you Mel and team.

Hayley is a skin wizard 😍 My skin is absolutely glowing after yesterday’s laser genius treatment , to the point that I’m even considering not wearing makeup on Christmas Day! From the moment I walk into this salon, I feel the outside world drift away as I am in the most nurturing hands. Hayley is so knowledgable, gentle and gives the most incredible attention to detail. The only salon I’ve ever experienced that offer insane results as well as relaxation!
