Tiantian was so friendly and gentle, and made me feel really comfortable as it was my first time getting a facial. The whole experience was very calming and relaxing. Joanna 5 🌟 Just that there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to be doing the laser to me! Started by Sam then taken over by Joanna and no information was given to me! However, Joanna is yet another fantastic laser therapist who brings her own unique skill set and expertise 👌✨ She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. My daughter and I had a relaxing facial and massage by the lovely Kym and Leah. We came up from Sydney for the weekend but will definitely be back for some pampering when we can.

Was so relaxing. Had the ( premium ) head spa treatment which was the ultimate indulgence. Would definately do again.

The author recently visited Milash Head Spa in Merrylands for a 50-minute head spa treatment, which was exceptional. The staff was professional and attentive, and the treatment used soothing techniques and high-quality products to rejuvenate the scalp and hair. The additional 10 minutes for a blow dry added a touch of polish. The spa is highly recommended for self-care and pampering.

Spa treatment was relaxing. Tracey was great. Fresha needs to review it’s booking system.

On arrival felt very welcomed. Facial was amazing and so was the massage. Highly recommend spa treatments.
