Just had the most incredible day at Hale Spa! Lyn was my therapist, and she was amazing!! I had three treatments, a body wrap, relaxation massage and a facial. Each one was pure bliss. Plus, the Elemis products used were so lovely, I'm definitely going to buy some for home. Thanks for a really beautiful experience! 🥰

I had an absolutely amazing experience at harmony tree. A great massage with welcoming therapists and a willingness to tailor their techniques to suit your needs. Opted for a more relaxed massage with gentle stretching, and it did not disappoint. A particularly great massage for those who don’t want something too strong or soft. The spa smells amazing when you walk in too. Well worth it and will be returning!

Wonderful facial Joslyn was very attentive and professional. I do think the quality of the lounge has declined, no black tea or coffee on offer. No sparking water or juices, that use to be available in the lounge, and a small chocolate treat use to be included, and sparkling wine use to be offered with some treatments, no you have to pay extra for everything

My visit was nothing short of perfect, from the tranquil atmosphere to the exceptional service and treatments. It was the ideal way to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and focus entirely on relaxation. I began my visit by relaxing in the spa facilities, then l had a massage and facial by Charlotte, for two hours. Charlotte was absolutely incredible and professional. After my treatments, I returned to the relaxation lounge to slowly reawaken while wrapped in a cozy robe. The staff brought over a glass of champagne, the perfect finishing touch to an already flawless experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Helen and Josyln. The body wrap and facial with Helen was wonderful and thorough, the treatments and facial creams were amazing, I feel rejuvenated. My massage with Josyln was relaxing and concentrated which is exactly what I wanted and needed. Highly recommend both therapists so polite and focused on me and my comfort and Hale spa as a very relaxing place to de-stress and clear your mind.

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

Big thanks to Pim for the great deep tissue massage. The cave pool is always a delight. And the lounge is a lovely spot to sit before and after treatments. I did spy hot tubs being installed in the courtyard and wondered if they will become a Hale Spa or Brassey Hotel addition…

I recently visited Hale Day Spa and indulged in the 2-hour body wrap and massage with Joy, and I have to say—it was absolutely superb! Joy's expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From start to finish, I felt completely pampered, and her skill in combining the treatments was outstanding. The ambiance of the spa added to the sense of calm and luxury. I left feeling refreshed, revitalized, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend these treatment and recommend you ask for Joy!

Wonderful experience. From the welcome stepping in the door, the tour of the facilities, the secure lockers and lovely bathroom and sitting lounge. Then the experience really started with Joslyn providing a peaceful and blissful RITUAL experience - a scrub and shower, a hydrating wrap and massage, then a unique facial. None of the treatments were rushed and the experience was finished off with a champagne and chocolate in the lounge. I floated out of Hale Spa.

I had a wonderful experience at Hale Spa and can’t recommend it highly enough, especially Dee, who did my massage and facial. She was exceptional, explaining the process, asking about my preferences, and areas I wanted to focus on. I like a firm massage, and she delivered exactly what I asked for, checking in to ensure the pressure was perfect. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the massage. Beyond her skill, Dee was incredibly thoughtful and kind, with a truly beautiful presence that made the experience even more special. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had.

We had an amazing few hours in your stunning spa, enjoying the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and cozy lounge by the fireplace. Our massage and facial were professional and made us feel so cared for Lyn was my technician and she was amazing. Every detail, from the plush robes, the locker and makeup area to the peaceful lighting and divine scent, made the experience perfect. Finishing our experience with a glass of bubbles in hand by the fireplace with my bestie was the ideal way to end a beautiful visit.
