Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. Highly recommend this establishment for all beauty needs. Not only is cassidy an incredible person she's achieved so much and will achieve complete greatness in what ever she sets her mind to. I had Botox today at Freeda Clinic in Westbourne with Michele and honestly, what a lovely experience. Michele is just a dream — so soft, calming, gentle and honest. She immediately made me feel at ease and whisked away every insecurity with kindness and reassurance. There was absolutely no pressure or overselling, just gentle guidance about what my journey could look like over time. She was very keen not to overdo anything and encouraged a gradual approach to make sure I felt comfortable. The clinic is stunning — immaculate, peaceful and so calming. 1000000/10 🤍

I had my review appointment with Khianna today and once again the experience was exceptional. She carefully reviewed my previous treatment and made subtle top-ups to maintain natural results. I made an initial enquiry about filler and was really impressed by her honesty. She could easily have carried out the treatment and taken my money, but instead explained why it wasn’t right for my bone structure and recommended a more suitable option. No hard sell, just honest, professional advice. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly recommended.
