Exactly what I was after, ideal set up, very clean and professional. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who clearly practice what they preach. If you’re struggling this time of year to get water cold enough to do the job, this is the place to go, alternating with the ice bath and sauna really helps make the most of the cold exposure, I will most certainly be visiting again, highly recommend 👍

Torquay is so lucky to have this incredible wellness center ! Rise is amazing & the facilities are top notch ! The real magic ingredient is the welcoming & warm vibe from Joe who is so forward thinking & switched on to the benefits of contrast therapy & the real need for positivity in our everyday lives ! For anyone thinking about doing the hot-cold therapy who hasn't tried it before, you absolutely won't regret it: we left Rise feeling alive and vital, what a buzz.
